Water bottle, proper attire, turf shoes or sports shoes (no cleats), shin guards (to avoid injuries) and good vibes.

No, cleats are not permitted as per the establishment rules.

It’s important to be on time to perform proper warmups and not delay other players. Come early warmup and make new connections.
